Jill Maurer is the Gordie Center's National Development & Program Coordinator. Jill serves as the Gordie Center's development officer, engaging with our donors and stewarding gifts made to the Gordie Center's various national initiatives. She also manages the sales of Gordie Center educational materials, the Gordie Center's branding, and marketing and communications for the Gordie Center. Jill is a 2002 UVA graduate, where she founded and chaired the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team (ADAPT) peer education group. Jill was a member of Mothers Against Drunk Driving's National College Commission on Underage Drinking, and worked at MADD National as an intern for their National Youth Summits. She is also a former president of the MADD Central Virginia chapter and a former secretary of MADD Virginia State, and has presented at high schools, colleges, and various conferences. Jill is married to an Army lawyer, and they have three children.
